At Saber Academy Online, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Here’s what you can expect after placing your order:
- In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
- Pre-Orders and Custom Items: For items that are on pre-order or require customization, estimated shipping timeframes will be communicated via email after your purchase.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This does not indicate that your order has shipped.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may not be processed until the following business day.

For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post with tracking and insurance included for all shipments:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days (where available)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, package dimensions, and weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping to Australian addresses.
Remote Areas: Additional delivery times and fees may apply for remote or regional areas.
Tracking Your Order
All our shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by:
- Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Australia Post will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local Post Office. Please check your junk mail prior to contacting us about shipment/tracking information, as sometimes your email client will incorrectly flag our correspondence as spam. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking advice via Australia Post and our website systems.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions and natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- Public holidays
- High volume periods
